Tips to improve service

Know your Windows version. Each version of Windows is a little different, and knowing which version you have will help identify the cause of an issue. Click here for help identifying your version of Windows.

Write down error messages. They may not make much sense to you, but error messages are very helpful for computer techs trying to solve problems. They help us diagnose the problem before we arrive on site which saves time repairing the computer.

Have the installation disks handy. It's easy to lose the original disks and CDs that your programs came on. It's a good idea to keep them near your computer so they are available in case you need to reinstall a program.
